Terms & Conditions

NXT GEN Coaching will be responsible for your children during the hours advertised for the club or session.

Children will be supervised by an Activity Leader during activities, and during Camps will have supervised lunches.

Children must be signed in and out by an appropriate adult at each session and day of the holiday camps. Children will not be allowed to leave without a responsible adult being present.

Photographs will be taken during sessions and Camps, please ensure that you have provided the correct information for photography consent.

Children will adhere to the behaviour Code during their time at the any NXT GEN activity. NXT GEN reserve the right to call parents/carers emergency contacts in the event that the child's behaviour endanger theirs or other's safety. There will be no refund for this type of incident.

Please ensure that the information you provide is correct in relation to medical information or any additional needs as this will be integral to ensuring the provisions are set up and managed correctly so that your child has a fun and enjoyable time at NXT GEN Coaching sessions. Any medications which are required must be handed to the Activity Coordinator during sign in with any instructions.

Clothing must be appropriate for the sessions and type of activities which are taking place, no jeans during sessions and non marking trainers must be worn in our indoor activities. Please ensure that children come with a waterproof jacket as activities take place outside as well.

NXT GEN Coaching are a NUT FREE provision, please ensure that pack lunches and any food which is brought to the sessions is FREE FROM NUTS.

Mobile phones are brought to the camp at the owners own risk. NXT GEN Coaching will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage.

Mobile phones are not permitted to be used during any activities (we also encourage them to not be used during their break times as well).

NXT GEN Coaching will not be held responsible for damage to any property which is brought to the Camps or sessions.

CANCELLATIONS

NXT GEN Coaching will provide full refund when courses are unable to place.

NXT GEN Coaching will not provide a refund for non attendance.

NXT GEN Coaching will provide a credit voucher to be used in the future for non attendance due to medical reasons with 48 hours notice.
